We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Return Eligibility
You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In their original, unused condition
- In the original packaging
- Complete with all components (all cards must be included in the deck)
- Free from damage, markings, or signs of use
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as final sale
- Digital downloads or digital products
- Items that show signs of use or wear
- Items returned after 30 days
- Items not in their original packaging
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at:
Please include the following information in your email:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
- Photos if the item is damaged or defective
We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and a return authorization number.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- We sent the wrong item
- The item is not as described
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Please note that:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable (except in cases of our error)
- Return shipping costs are deducted from your refund (unless the return is due to our error)
- It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged or defective item
- Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
- A description of the issue
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including original shipping costs, at no additional charge to you.
Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will send you the correct item at no additional cost and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:
- Items with obvious signs of use
- Items not in their original condition or missing components
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items damaged during return shipping (when insurance was not purchased)
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again
- Contact your credit card company (it may take time for the refund to post)
- Contact your bank (processing times vary)
- If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us
